![]() My main curiosity is if this would work equally well for guys as it does for girls. Most of my guy friends did P90X though, and that program is friggin serious stuff and yields results, I know that for sure.Īnyway, just curious if any guys have done it and if you saw any results and what your take is on this. I play high level tennis and this has a lot of leg workout so it would definitely benefit me since I shy away from legs (do a lot of low intensity cardio though like jogging, swimming, etc). I am pretty decent shape but figure I could give this a shot anyway. I overheard sentences like "if you got it flaunt it ladies, no shame in it" and "if guys can have those obliques, so can we" and it was kind of funny and a sort of a turn off for me. And ripped in 30 has 4 levels so one every week. The only difference is you do 30 DS and its only 3 levels 10 days each. They are super cheap to buy and if you dont want to buy. ![]() I am just lazy and not sure if I want to join in. I did 30 day shred first and then ripped in 30. Just wondering if any of you guys have used it? What was your experience? I know a few of my wife's friends who swear they lost weight and got in shape using this program. And by the end of the month you look and feel awesome allegedly. You do ten days, then move up to level 2. It is from 2007 (so not very new) and has 3 different levels. It is supposedly quite popular among the ladies. ![]() It is by celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels who was in that show 'The Biggest Loser". So my wife has been after me to join her on the this 30 day program she is doing called "30 day shred". ![]()
